Our goal is to offer you the fastest and lowest-cost shipping method. We use several shipping carriers including United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). We will automatically select the lowest priced carrier when you submit your order so that you receive the best possible price and delivery time. Orders shipped to APO, FPO and PO Boxes are automatically sent via USPS. We do not require a signature for UPS or USPS shipments.

1. Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS or U.S. Mail rates (where applicable), which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped.

2. Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays).  Mail orders are shipped once payment is received.

3. We currently ship to any address in the United States, including APOs, FPOs and PO Boxes.

4. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.  Please refer to our Returns Policy for easy returns.

Please note:
IfidaKnown.com reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion and expense.
IfidaKnown.com is not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.
We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Canada
Orders to Canada ship via Postal Air Mail and will be charged at the prevailing postal air rates.

For all Canadian and International shipments, IfidaKnown.com will not be held responsible or liable for any additional fees or problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.

International
International orders will not receive a shipping price at the online checkout. For information regarding international shipments/billing please call 443-804-7787 or email us at
info@IfidaKnown.com.  We will contact you by e-mail within 2-3 business days with a quote for shipping costs. We understand that the cost of shipping items internationally can be burdensome. International orders greater than $100. that choose to ship with UPS will receive a credit worth 10% of the order, towards the shipping charges for this order (i.e. Order Value = $100 x .10 = $10 off the shipping charge).

Special Orders

Shipping Charges for special services will be charge at the prevailing rate and will be added to your order.

Back Orders
All products showcased are subject to availability with the seller. In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).

All items fulfilled by IfidaKnown.com will be shipped as laid out below:   Products shipped via our distributors will be charged costs for mailing, packaging, and handling according to their shipping policies and procedures.

 RETURNS / REFUNDS POLICY:

We can process returns and refunds only for items directly fulfilled Ifida Known Enterprises.  (For all other items see below.)

1. It is your duty to refuse all physically damaged boxes from the shipper and notify us immediately.

2. All items shipped by Ifida Known Enterprises can be returned but must be received unused, in resale-able condition, inside unopened original packaging, and arrive undamaged with 30 days of shipping.  For all items shipped by other sellers see below.

3. Shipping Charges are not refundable.

4. You must receive authorized from us before returning any items.  Please email us at info@IfidaKnown.com for authorization prior to making a return. 

5. We will contact you, by email or phone, as soon as we have received and processed your returned items.

6. Refunds will be promptly credited back to the credit card or issued in the form of a check to the person/credit card that made the original purchase.

7. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed unless the return was a result of our error.

8. All returns must be sent prepaid - no collect shipments will be accepted. Insure the returned product for its full value to protect yourself against loss. We strongly suggest that you ship the package by a shipper that provides traceability. We are not responsible for return shipping costs or any damaged, lost, or stolen packages.

How should my items be returned?

All return items fulfilled by Ifida Known Enterprises must be mailed to:

How long will it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within three to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

How are refunds from other sellers processed?
Items purchased from other sellers are subject to the return policies of that seller and must be returned directly to them. Upon receipt of your return, the seller will initiate the refund process. If you have not received the refund within four weeks of sending your order back, please contact the seller.  If for any reason, this has not been handled successfully pleased send an email stating the situation to
info@IfidaKnown.com.
